Black Bean Flour is made by grinding up black beans into a fine powder. It is nutritionally dense food containing almost all of the amino acids. Also contains lecithin and all sorts of minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and sodium. Great source of protein and fibre while maintaining a low level of fats withouth any saturated fats and cholesterol.
Can be used as an alternative to white flour with wide range of possibilities.
