Grape seed flour is made from the seeds of grapes that have been used to make wine. The seeds are ground into a fine powder. Final product has slightly nutty flavour profile. This flour can be used in many ways, even though it is best consumed ''raw'', in oder words without any thermal treating.
Recommended daily dose is up to 1-2 teaspoons in your tea, coffee, kefir, yoghurt or mixed with other flour in 5-7% ratio.
May be used in various recipes and cosmetics as well.
