Coconut palm sugar obtained from the nectar of the coconut palm flower which is harvested and heated on low temperature until it dries into brown sugar crystals. Traditionally used as a sweetener in Asian recipes. This type of sugar has a light sweetness and a rich, caramelized flavour. Pairs beautifully with cakes and chocolate based sweets.
