Stone ground corn flour is a flour made from corn kernels. Traditional method of stone grinding preserves richness and nutritional benefits of corn kernel. Flour produced in that way contains germ and bran, parts that hold a lot of flavour. Naturally gluten free, commonly used as a substitute for flours containing gluten.
Corn flour is a versatile product that can be used for cooking and baking applications, from thickening stews to baking in breads.
