Method of preparation of gluten-free bread:
In 600g of glutinous flour MICHALIK II add a small piece of yeast (50 g), 20 g salt, 120 ml of oil, 10 g of ground coffee and 400 ml of water. Mix everything well and make the desired bread shape. Let it rise approx. 20 min. Before baking the batter you can coat with vegetable oil. Bake 25 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
