This gluten free mixture contains starchy rice flour, which unlike ordinary flour, absorbs more water, meaning that when it thickens, liquid will not separate from other ingredients.
Another important ingredient are plant fibers such as psyllium which is a prebiotic and serves as a substance needed for the growth of a healthy colony of probiotics in the intestines.
For those who are wondering, prebiotics are insoluble fibers contributing better growth and probiotic activities of other microorganisms in the body.
Corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, potato starch, dextrose, stabilizers (Guar gum, E464), potato flakes, plant fiber (Psyllium), potato fiber, apple fiber.

White bread recipe:
Combine 500g of gluten free flour mix with 500ml of lukewarm water, 20g of fresh yeast, 12g of salt and 1 tablespoon of oil. Mix all ingredients well with a blender or knead the dough by hand. Coat the baking tin with oil and place the mixture in. Leave to rise in a warm place until doubled. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Coat the top of the dough with oil to get the most attractive color of the bread.
Store in dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
