Do you know what is it the “kalpa vriksha”? If you understand the language Sanskrit then you will know that this means “a tree that provides all life needs”.
One of these sacred trees is, of course, the famous COCONUT.

Except for providing life needs, coconut is such a fine ingredient that we could not resist, and we added it in the dough without sugar and created “KokosiX”.
To make the tropical experience complete, we also added bamboo fiber, so the biscuits are not only delicious but very crips and rich in fiber.

Although the biscuits are sweet, there is no sugar at all, so diabetics can consume the biscuits. KokosiX contains maltitol - a substitute for sugar that was obtained from wheat or corn starch.

Wheat flour, sweetener: maltitol, trans fats and preservatives free non-hydrogenated margarine (palm, rapeseed and sunflower vegetable oils and fats, water, salt, emulsifiers: mono&diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid), desiccated coconut (17%), milk, bamboo fiber, butter, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, salt, flavor
