These tiny seeds have enormous power and are packed with essential nutrients. Great source of fibre, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins E and B. An essential ingredient in vegan and vegetarian diet.
Use to garnish salads and vegetables, add to soups and baked goods. Also great addition to smoothies, yoghurts and juices.
Recommended daily intake is 1 to 2 spoons of ground seeds.
