Linseed flour obtained from linseeds after oil extraction. Rich in nutrients with wide range of healthy properties. Great substitute for all purpose white flour. Naturally gluten free, therefore suitable and well recommended flour choice for intolerant people.
Most commonly used in baked goods, but also may be used as a sauce thickener or added to your breakfast. For detox, mix tablespoon of flour with 25ml of yoghurt or fermented milk, kefir. Great addition to both sweet and savoury dishes. Pancakes and various cakes made from linseed flour will fulfill your everyday life.
