Oat flour is a product obtained from organically grown oat flakes. Mainly used mixed with wheat flour as a cooking ingredient.
Versatile flour mostly used for baked goods or desserts. Good thickening properties. It is recommended to replace 20% of the commonly used flour with oat flour.
