Omega 3-6-9 oil is an exquisite combination of essential and non-essential fatty acids which are very important and beneficial for our body. Known for various beneficial properties. Mix of different oils containing not just fatty acids, but all sorts of different amino acids as well.

Suggested use:

Daily intake may vary. It is acceptable to take more than one spoon per day. Drink as is, or add to various meals.
