Polenta is made by grinding corn into flour, or cornmeal. It has a rich yellow colour and a neutral flavour. Polenta is a nutritious dish, offering an excellent source of iron and a good source of vitamin A and potassium, along with dietary fibre. Naturally gluten free, it is an extremely adaptable base for any number of dishes.
Slowly add polenta into boiling water or milk. Whisk continuously until very thick, 2-3 minutes.
Polenta can carry many different flavours, and as such, offers endless options for variation.
May be used as natural skin care product.
Organic corn semolina
Product may contain traces of peanuts, gluten, sesame and nuts.
Store in a dry, dark and cool place.
