This self raising white bread flour is blended from naturally gluten free ingredients and can be used as an alternative to bread flour made from traditionally used self raising wheat flour. Comes with quick and easy recipes on the packaging that will make great gluten free bread in the oven or bread machine.
Flour blend: rice, potato, tapioca, corn, buckwheat; raising agents: mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate; thickener: xanthan gum
