Gluten free sorghum flour is stone ground from 100% whole grain sorghum. It has a light color and texture and a mild, sweet flavor, making white sorghum flour a popular alternative to wheat flour and a wonderful ingredient for gluten free baking. Consuming sorghum flour you can increase your daily intake of whole grains the easy way.
Add 15% to 20% sorghum flour to your flour mixes to make delicious breads, cakes and cookies. Due to its smooth texture, it is recommended to include a binder in the mixture for perfect consistency.
