Soy is considered to be one of the oldest cultivated crops in the world, known for more than 4000 years. Native to East Asia, brought to Europe in 18th century. One of the most popular sources of protein in vegetarian and vegan diet. Represented in many products such as tofu, tempeh, soy sauce and soy milk.
Suggested use:
Soak in water for 10 hours. Rinse them and arrange on the appropriate surface like sprouter tray or sprouting jar allowing seed to increase their volume at least 4 times. Germination takes between 5 to 6 days after wihich sprouts can be consumed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

Warning:
Besides present soy, product may contain traces of gluten and mustard seeds.
