Tamari is a traditional Japanese sauce made from pure soybean with added sea salt and water. Sauce is used on a regular basis in cooking as a flavour enhancer. Due to its salty flavour profile, it may be used as a table salt alternative in various types of dishes or in food production. Tamari is a liquid sauce obtained from soybean fermentation. Good source of protein and amino acids. Naturally gluten free product.
Use as a flavour enhancer and table salt substitute in many dishes. Mostly used in Asian cuisine and in dishes containing grains and vegetables. May be used in soups, stews, sauces, salads, stir vegetables.
