Tapioca flour, also known as a tapioca starch is a product obtained from crushed and dried pulp of cassava root and is one of the most versatile starches available. May be used in gluten free baking recipes, including breads. As a food thickener in stews, sauces and desserts, especially puddings. Mild flavour and colourless food thickener which will not alter any flavour nor make lumps in the process of cooking.
