Teff is a world's smallest grain. Native to North Africa, more precisely Ethiopia. This type of millet is considered to be one of the most nutrient dense grains. Packed with nutrients such as fibre, complex carbohydrates, calcium, iron and vitamin C which is rare in other grains.
Cook for 20 minutes in water and teff ratio 2,5 to 1. Use as other grains.
