White wheat flour (type 550) is manufactured from composite blend of high quality and healthy wheat which is organically cultivated on Croatian fields. Made from inner part of the seed, called endosperm which is mostly made from starch and protein. Although it has lower nutritional value than brown and whole grain flours, it is great choice for all sorts of baked goods.
This type of flour is suitable for bread making, pastries, sweets and pasta. May be used as a thickener.
