These gluten free rolled oats made by traditional method are a great way to add dietary fiber to your diet and a wonderful low glycemic load for breakfast, a snack or baking.
Add 80g of rolled oats to 500ml of boilnig water. Reduce heat to medium-low and coom for about 10-20 minutes while stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes before serving with a lid on. Cooke doatmeal is enough for 2 servings.
Whole grain oats
