Making homemade bread was always on your bucket list? Vegabond brings a wellness bread mix and with a very simple recipe, you can quickly enjoy gluten-free bread in the warmth of your home.
The bread will not only be delicious but also full of fibre, thanks to flax and sunflower seeds.
Besides this product, you will also need:
Brown rice flour, tapioca starch, seeds 14% (sunflower seeds, flax seeds), potato starch, psyllium husks, millet flour, buckwheat sourdough 2%, sea salt, baking powder (stabilizer: disodium diphosphate, baking soda, corn starch), yeast powder, bamboo fibre, carob powder
This product may contain traces of celery.
Mix the bread mixture with 250 ml of lukewarm water (add 3g of sugar for better rising). Let it rest for 3 minutes and lightly knead the dough. Place the dough in an oiled baking dish and leave for 45 minutes in a warm place to rise. Preheat the oven to 220˚C. Oil the bread with coconut or olive oil and bake for 20 minutes at 220°C, then another 45 minutes at 180°C.
