Probiotic cultures within yogurt are live bacteria that are abundantly present in the intestinal flora. They help maintain the balance of the bowels in a completely natural way.
Prebiotics are plant fibers that enter the intestines in unprotected form where they serve as a source of nutrients for probiotic culture and other useful microorganisms.
Mix the contents of a starter bag (5g) with one liter (1L) of room temperature milk in the container's inner container. Close the cover. In the outer tank pour 3/4 liters of boiling water. Put the inner tank in the outer tank with water and close it with the lid. After 12-14 hours you can enjoy your yogurt!
Pour 1/2 liter of water and let it ferment for 24 hours.
Additional advice: You can use yoghurt maker to keep the food warm up to 6 hours.
Care: clean with a soft cloth and no aggressive means. The internal container is suitable for dishwashing.
